Helping women reconnect with themselves so they can lead with clarity, courage, and self-trust.
For over 17 years, I've supported women and families through life's biggest transitions. My time in the NHS taught me one truth I'll never forget: A woman's relationship with herself shapes everything. Her decisions. Her opportunities. Her boundaries. Her confidence. Ultimately, the life she creates.
Today, I combine that experience with my work as a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, alongside training in NLP, EFT, Belief Coding, and Reiki.
But this work is more than qualifications. It's personal.
Like many women I work with, I spent years doubting myself, looking outside for answers, and believing others knew better.
Building my own business changed that. I discovered that real freedom comes from trusting yourself, knowing your worth, and making aligned decisions, even when they're uncomfortable. Now I help other women do the same.
I created Reconnect Her Fire not to give you another strategy, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom that's already within you.
